Sugar Land celebrates art, culture and kites at Brazos River Park

The grounds of Brazos River Park welcomed pleased patrons for a colourful kite and art pageant on Saturday, March 26.

Kites, chalk art and meals vehicles all created a victorious return just after a two-year pandemic-pause, as did many games and rides. Inhabitants showed off their expertise at the a variety of competitions.

This year’s occasion drew practically 5,000 people, reported Kimberly Terrell, assistant director for Sugar Land Parks and Recreation.

“It’s been wonderful,” reported Terrell. “The group was phenomenal, the kites are wonderful, the music is fantastic. This is definitely our greatest kite festival still. We have two diverse levels this calendar year, more vendors, the remarkable Ferris wheel — but I imagine that men and women are just all set to occur exterior.”
