For 18 yrs, the weekend after Labor Day has intended the once-a-year New music Is Artwork Festival, the brainchild of Goo Goo Dolls co-founder and bassist Robby Takac and his team. By combining tunes with dwell painting, functionality artwork and a celebration of mainstream and underground tradition, Audio Is Artwork was way ahead of the curve, and assisted to craft a design for music and arts festivals that is now commonly recognized as a blueprint.
